GP sends a referral online to the Specialist. The whole process takes under a minute and is very easy.

Patient is notified of referral by text or email. Specialist is also alerted to contact Patient.

GP and Specialist and staffs can track referral status, from Scheduled to Undergoing Tx to Needs Follow-up

GP and Specialist staffs communicate through online chat, eliminating back-and-forth calls and hold times.

Streamline your patient referral process with three easy steps! Send the referral, schedule the patient, and confirm the appointment.

Make The Referral

The outgoing dental office sends their patient referral with our easy to use four step referral wizard. The incoming dental office receives a notification and a bot message. The patient receives a text and an email with any pertinent information. The system shows as Referred.

Patient Scheduling

Once the patient has scheduled, they will receive a text and email and both offices will receive a bot message with the scheduled appointment time. The system status will show as Scheduled.

Confirm & Complete

Once the patient’s appointment has been completed, both offices will get a bot message and the Referral system stats will show as Completed.
